Stir-Fried Oyster Mushrooms with Pork Slices 平菇炒肉

Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin: 300 g
- Oyster mushrooms: 500 g
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch: a small amount
- Green onion: 1 stalk
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Chili pepper: 1
- Cooking oil: 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Wash the oyster mushrooms, tear them into small strips, and blanch for 5 minutes.
- Finely chop the garlic. Slice the pork thinly and mix with half a tablespoon of soy sauce and a small amount of cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the pork slices, then remove and set aside.
- Reheat the oil, add the chopped garlic, then add the oyster mushrooms and pork back into the wok. Season with a little salt and Monosodium glutamate (MSG), and stir well.
- Finally, add the green onion and chili pepper, stir briefly, and serve.
- Enjoy!
