Stir-Fried Oyster Mushrooms with Pork Slices 平菇炒肉

Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin: 300 g
  • Oyster mushrooms: 500 g
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Cornstarch: a small amount
  • Green onion: 1 stalk
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Chili pepper: 1
  • Cooking oil: 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Wash the oyster mushrooms, tear them into small strips, and blanch for 5 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the garlic. Slice the pork thinly and mix with half a tablespoon of soy sauce and a small amount of cornstarch.
  3. Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the pork slices, then remove and set aside.
  4. Reheat the oil, add the chopped garlic, then add the oyster mushrooms and pork back into the wok. Season with a little salt and Monosodium glutamate (MSG), and stir well.
  5. Finally, add the green onion and chili pepper, stir briefly, and serve.
  6. Enjoy!
