Ingredients

  • Enoki mushrooms: 1 bunch
  • Eggs: 2
  • Cornstarch: 3 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper mix: 2 teaspoons
  • Cooking oil: 6 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Clean the enoki mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat well.
  3. Prepare the cornstarch in a separate dish.
  4. Dip each enoki mushroom piece first in the egg, then coat it evenly in cornstarch on both sides.
  5. Heat a pan, add the oil, and heat it to about 160°C (320°F). Place the coated mushrooms in the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  6. Remove the mushrooms, drain excess oil, place them on a plate, and sprinkle with salt and pepper mix.
  7. Enjoy!
