Ingredients
- Enoki mushrooms: 1 bunch
- Eggs: 2
- Cornstarch: 3 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper mix: 2 teaspoons
- Cooking oil: 6 tablespoons
Instructions
- Clean the enoki mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat well.
- Prepare the cornstarch in a separate dish.
- Dip each enoki mushroom piece first in the egg, then coat it evenly in cornstarch on both sides.
- Heat a pan, add the oil, and heat it to about 160°C (320°F). Place the coated mushrooms in the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove the mushrooms, drain excess oil, place them on a plate, and sprinkle with salt and pepper mix.
