Ingredients

  • Vinegar: 2 tbsp
  • Light soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Rock sugar: 10 g
  • White sugar: 30 g
  • Dark soy sauce: 0.5 tbsp
  • Cooking wine: 1 tbsp
  • White sesame seeds: 2 tsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Pork ribs: 500 g

Instructions

  1. Wash the pork ribs and cut them into pieces about 3 cm long. Place them in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil over high heat, then remove and rinse.
  2. Prepare the sauce: mix 1 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, and 30 g sugar.
  3. Heat a pan with a bit of oil on low heat, add 10 g rock sugar, and stir until the sugar is completely melted.
  4. Add the blanched ribs and stir-fry until the ribs are slightly browned.
  5. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry until the sauce thickens and coats the ribs well.
  6. Plate the ribs and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
