Ingredients

  • Broccoli: 1 head
  • Button mushrooms: 15 pieces
  • Garlic: 3 cloves
  • Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: 2 g
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the broccoli
    • Wash the broccoli thoroughly and cut it into small florets.
  2. Blanch the broccoli
    • Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a pinch of salt and a little oil. Blanch the broccoli briefly, then remove and set aside.
  3. Slice the mushrooms
    • Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
  4. Mince the garlic
    • Chop the garlic finely.
  5. Heat the pan
    • Heat oil in a pan, add the minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.
  6. Add the broccoli
    • Add the broccoli to the pan and stir-fry until well mixed.
  7. Season the dish
    • Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything evenly, and it’s ready to serve!
