Ingredients
- Broccoli: 1 head
- Button mushrooms: 15 pieces
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 2 g
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the broccoli
- Wash the broccoli thoroughly and cut it into small florets.
- Blanch the broccoli
- Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a pinch of salt and a little oil. Blanch the broccoli briefly, then remove and set aside.
- Slice the mushrooms
- Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
- Mince the garlic
- Chop the garlic finely.
- Heat the pan
- Heat oil in a pan, add the minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.
- Add the broccoli
- Add the broccoli to the pan and stir-fry until well mixed.
- Season the dish
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything evenly, and it’s ready to serve!
