Ingredients
- Zucchini: 1 piece
- Oyster sauce: 2 tbsp
- Spring onion: ⅓ stalk
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Soy sauce: 1 tsp
Instructions
- Prepare the zucchini: Peel the zucchini and cut it into bite-sized diagonal chunks.
- Chop the onion and garlic: Finely chop the spring onion and garlic cloves.
- Sauté aromatics: Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped spring onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the zucchini: Toss in the zucchini and stir-fry evenly.
- Add soy sauce: Pour in 1 tsp soy sauce and mix well. Add 1 tbsp of water, cover the pan, and simmer for 1 minute.
- Add oyster sauce: Stir in 2 tbsp of oyster sauce and cook for another 30 seconds. The oyster sauce is flavorful enough, so no additional salt is needed.
- Serve: Remove from the pan and serve immediately.
