Ingredients
- Spinach: 1 handful
- Oyster mushrooms: 500g
- Small chili peppers: 2
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Chili powder: 1 tablespoon
- White sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: ½ tablespoon
- Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: ½ teaspoon
- Cooking oil: 3 tablespoons
Instructions
- Finely chop the garlic and ginger into small pieces.
- Clean the oyster mushrooms and tear them into strips. Cut the spinach into small sections and mince the garlic.
- Boil the oyster mushrooms for 3 minutes, then rinse with cold water. Boil the spinach for 2 minutes and rinse with cold water.
- Prepare the sauce: combine chopped chili peppers, white sesame seeds, minced garlic, and chili powder. Heat the cooking oil to 200°C (392°F) and pour it over the mixture. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and vinegar to the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the spinach and oyster mushrooms, mix well.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
